MY WORLD IS
EMPOWERING A NEW CULTURE OF FILMMAKING
WHO ARE WE
A global community of filmmakers, mentors and impact storytellers working together to inspire the protection and preservation of our planet.
The My World Film Fund supports emerging filmmakers worldwide to tell powerful environmental and wildlife stories from their own communities and perspectives.
We believe film has the power to deepen our connection to the natural world, raise awareness of the challenges it faces, and inspire meaningful action.
Through expert mentorship, creative partnership and production support, we help bring vital stories to life. We seek out storytellers from all backgrounds who are driven to explore the people, places and species that shape our world.
At the My World Film Fund, mentorship is more than guidance - it's collaboration. We work alongside filmmakers throughout their journey, empowering them to create films that educate, inspire and drive positive change for people and planet.

OUR MISSION
INSPIRING CHANGE THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL STORYTELLING
We champion filmmakers with fresh perspectives on environmental and wildlife storytelling, celebrating the people, places and ecosystems that shape our world. We encourage stories to be told in the language and voice of the communities they come from, giving them authenticity, depth and resonance.
From film festival screenings and educational resources to impact campaigns and live events, we help every film reach audiences, spark conversation and create meaningful change.
Short films. Big impact.
